Sister shoutout to junior Gabriella Plaia ⚓️

This Tau is a student-athlete advisory committee representative for women’s soccer. She also recently completed National Girls and Women in Sports Day with Oglethorpe. Gabi is on the way to becoming a lawyer and has been interning at a high-asset family law firm while working as a server on the weekends. In addition to being president of AST, she is also president of the OU Mock Trial Association and is working hard to establish the first team here.

Even before you were my big, I always knew I could count on you. I’m going to miss you so much when you graduate but I can’t wait to see you conquer this next chapter of your life! Sister shoutout to senior Keimarya Rivera ⚓️💚

This Tau reached her 1500th career point for the Oglethorpe University women’s basketball team. During her game against Rhodes, she scored 32 points, including scoring 16 points all in the last quarter. And lastly, she has been accepted into two chemistry PhD programs. We’re so proud of her and can’t wait to see what else she excels at. Like always, Keimarya is representing our values of excellence!
