Welcome to our program page for South Dakota State's Jacks Start Abroad program in Strasbourg, France! Twelve incoming freshmen will begin their Jackrabbit Journeys as study abroad students, exploring the identity and culture of France and Germany through the European capital of Strasbourg. Our ten days in Europe will be followed by ten weeks in Brookings, South Dakota, unpacking the study abroad experience and preparing students to be successful college students during their undergraduate years.
