🚨 Big NBRC changes are coming in 2027.

The current **TMC + CSE pathway** will be replaced by a single exam: the **Respiratory Therapy Examination (RTE)**.

Here’s what RT students and new graduates need to know:
✅ 185 multiple-choice questions
✅ 4-hour time limit
✅ Two cut scores for CRT and RRT
✅ Clinical judgment will still play a major role
✅ Special transition rules apply for some 2026 test-takers
