Due to COVID-19 and the shelter in place order, we will be operating under modified hours. We are staying open to serve our tenants who are deemed Essential Businesses according to the Brazos County Shelter in Place Order that was announced yesterday, March 23rd, 2020.

***IF YOU ARE ILL PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES AND STAY AT HOME!***

Modified hours beginning March 25, 2020:
Monday-Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
Sunday: Closed

If you do not fall under the category of Essential Businesses, we encourage you to follow the shelter in place until it is lifted. If the shelter in place is lifted on April 7th at 11:59pm, we will resume normal business hours on April 8th, 2020.

If you have any comments or concerns, please call 979-846-3000. If it is after hours, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

To protect our tenants and limit traffic in the facility, April rent payments may be made over the phone, online, or mailed. Online payments may only be made with a credit card. We do not accept ACH payments.

If you have never made an online payment for your unit, you will have to register and create an account. For your account to be properly registered, you must input a 3 digit unit number. If your unit is a one or two digit number please place one or two leading zeros with your unit number (i.e. If you are unit 1, you must input 001. If you are unit 15 you must input 015).
