Now that the dust has settled, we wanted to take a moment to thank all of our incredible family, friends, alumni, parents and every single supporter for donating to our 2023 More Than A Game campaign. With your help, we were able to raise $15,125. We finished 7th in the athletics leaderboard, and 2nd in women's teams. We did finish 1st in number of donors, and that's something we are really proud of. Your donations will help us provide an incredible spring training trip to our student-athletes, and help give them the student-athlete experience they deserve. From our entire coaching staff, and roster full of bright young women, we THANK YOU!! Stay tuned to our Instagram page to hear from the girls themselves. Again, we appreciate you so very much, and wish you & your family & friends a joyous holiday season. GO GRIFFS!

Congratulations to Madison Folsom BS '21, PA-S'24 on this tremendous honor. Pictured here on the bottom right, Maddie was a member of the women's rowing team between 2019-2023.

Introducing ... our newest inductees to Alpha Sigma Nu! The national Jesuit honor society welcomed 15 Canisius students into its ranks. These future leaders are among the top 15% in their class and have distinguished themselves in scholarship, loyalty and service. Well done! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This past weekend, two members of the team spent time in Poughkeepsie, NY as Canisius Athletics representatives at the MAAC SAAC Meeting. Here’s what they had to say about their experience:

“It was a great opportunity to be able to see how different athletic programs function within the MAAC and an awesome learning opportunity of the programs and policies that apply to us as student athletes. Overall it fostered great connections within athletes of different schools/sports and created a "growth mindest" environment.” - Hannah Kenefick ‘25

“The MAAC SAAC meetings were very informative for us as athletes to see the process behind new legislative proposals and initiatives. It was also an excellent opportunity to learn about what other SAAC members do on their campuses to engage their student-athlete population.” - Addie Naylor ‘26
