Our students become public health leaders who work to transform the health of communities. With deep commitments to service learning and action research, the Campbell University Master of Science in Public Health program prepares students to be professionals in the field by engaging rural communities as valuable and accessible partners in achieving health equity. The focus of both the coursework a

nd student/faculty research will include the elimination of local health care disparities and development of local community health intervention and educational programs. Therefore, the program will help promote health and prevent disease in the local community and beyond.

✨️Faculty, staff, and students gathered this past Friday at the new Mobile Health and Education Clinics station house for the First Friday Research Forum! Highlights included a tour of a mobile clinic and a presentation by Dr. Joseph Cacioppo, chair of Community and Global Medicine, on how the clinics bring testing, primary care, and health education to the community, schools, and healthcare teams.
