We are delighted to announce the release of OBL/QUE issue 6, « Palestine: Resilience, Resistance, and Sumud, » co-edited by Palestinian architect and professor , , and Faris Itum (assistant editor).

This issue centers Palestinian voices sharing their stories, first-hand experiences, and strategies of resistance facing the pervasive and systematic erasure of tangible and intangible heritage by the Israeli State.

We have put this issue together with the goal to give more visibility to Palestinian voices at a time of increasing cernsorship and misinformation to raise awareness of the ongoing destruction but also to highlight outstanding local preservation efforts.

The issue addresses questions or memory and representation, praxis, and self-determination.

You can download the file from the link on our bio.

We hope that you enjoy the publication!
