We had an amazing time on Friday, December 5, 2025.

It’s was our final of the season for Julia. The ten course Italian Feast. Served close to 200 people.

The community came out, families of our students came out.

There was a lot of love, pride, and passion put into all events leading up to and including this past Friday.

Thank you all for a wonderful Fall 2025 semester.

Hello!! Thank you so very much for those of you who came out this past Friday for our first dinner open to the public this semester.

We are so appreciative of the support. It was fantastic to see our friends who have joined us for years as well as meet new ones.

Please remember if you have dietary needs or a diet that needs any accommodations, we need to know when you make the reservation.

With each dinner the Wine and Viticulture Program will be there selling their award winning wines

Hello! It is that time of year. Our Fall 2025 semester has started and that means our live restaurant classroom is back. Otherwise known as Julia!

Below are the dates that we are offering services. Reservations are highly recommended. Seating times are either 5:30pm or 7pm.

September 26
October 3, 10, 17, and 24
November 7

The price per person is $50. We accept cash or credit cards. No checks.

You may make reservations by email [email protected]

Please state your name, date, which time, number of guests, phone number, and any dietary needs

We need to know in advance of any dietary needs. Please tell us when you make your reservation.

The Viticulture Department will be here on those nights as well, to sell their award-winning wine. Either by the glass or bottle.
