A Christmas Cheer from Your Instructional Designer
To the Faculty at Southeast Missouri State University

As the semester draws to a close,
And winter’s chill begins to pose,
A heartfelt thank you, warm and true,
For all the hard work you’ve been through.

From lectures planned to lessons taught,
The wisdom shared, the minds you’ve sought,
Each day you’ve shaped and helped them grow,
With passion, care, and hearts aglow.

Now as the season’s joy takes flight,
May peace and calm fill your night,
With moments to rest and time to play,
And joy in every special way.

For you’ve made learning rich and bright,
Guiding students toward the light.
So here's a cheer, from me to you—
May Christmas dreams all come true!

We’ll reconvene in the New Year’s dawn,
With fresh ideas and energy drawn.
