or what He has in store! Our Mission is to increase student discipleship and missional/vocational engagement within the SEMO campuses and the greater community of Cape Girardeau. Our vision is to Engage, Equip, Send, and Celebrate! Engage - We draw students in, connect with them and build relationships. Equip - We equip students through Bible studies and other activities to be prepared to spread the gospel. Send - We send students into unique places to share the gospel, both on campus and wherever they go in life. Celebrate - We celebrate milestones and what God has done. HLM is a Recognized Service Organization of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. HLM is led by a full time Campus Missionary who would love to connect and share more with you and your congregation! HLM also has a great Board of Directors, faithful Pastoral Advisors, Strategic Partners, and a focus towards developing Student Leaders.

Hope Lutheran Ministries values the partnership and support of our LCMS District and our local congregations. We also receive the majority of our financial support from individual donors. Above and beyond gifts are what keep this mission funded!
We have recently opened an online giving options on our website at hopesemo.org/giving
Through this, generous donors can give one-time gifts or set up monthly giving to our ministry. While many will continue to give generously through mailed checks, others may be better engaged through from the online giving as well. Work began on our Parking & Landscaping Improvement Project! We are excited to improve our site to better welcome our community. Over the next month we will be:
🅿Repairing our back parking and water drainage
♿Adding front cafe parking with handicap accessibility
🏡Regrading and landscaping along Pacific
All while continuing our ministry and cafe. Praise God! Hope is Alive!

This past week we had the honor of hosting a group of former board members for a reception. Ministry participation stretched from our current board, to those who served when the building was built in 1971, and beyond. We praise God for His faithfulness through every generation, for those who have served in the past, and for the excitement of the new vision of ministry for the future!
