The horticulture program at SIU offers a diverse academic experience with hands-on learning in landscape design, vegetable production, fruit production, greenhouse management, turfgrass management, and viticulture.In addition our programs take an in depth look into both conventional, sustainable and cutting-edge research as demonstrated through our green roof, green wall, vermicomposting center and horticultural research center.
