Our equipment office is available for students, faculty and staff to check out cameras, mics, audio recorders, light kits, green screens, dollies & much much more. We help you along your way from novice to expert and the center helps not only students working on class projects but anyone who needs assistance starting a project. We had the honor of creating this community mural base for the picnic.
Lauren Rubinson came with an idea to use the C logo and a tessellation of the bird so we ran with it straight to photoshop and illustrator.
Then moved the design to lightburn so we could mock it up on panels for our laser cutter.
16 panels later and it was ready to be mounted and painted communally. It's breathtaking to see how beautiful it became through many hands and vision.
Thanks for letting us be a small part in a great endeavor.

Burgess Institute for the Global Economy presents a lively, public celebration of student creativity and initiative. Finalist teams will share the stories of what they explored, built, and reimagined over the semester, giving short, engaging presentations of their projects to judges and the Dickinson community. Come cheer on your classmates, see a wide range of innovative ideas, and be part of an evening that highlights what’s possible when students turn curiosity into action. The night will end with awards and cash prizes that recognize the teams’ hard work, imagination, and commitment to making a real difference on campus and beyond
