The Epsilon-Lambda chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta is wholeheartedly against the acts of systemic racism taking place in this country. We stand with those affected and are committed to using privileges we have as individuals to educate and inform others of how to create change. Letter to my sister, Rachel,
I have delayed this letter for you because what other words I can use to describe you apart from all the most positive adjectives that I know? You are such a ray of sunshine and a hardworking queen bee and I’m glad that I am in the same family without. This situation is so abrupt that we didn’t even get to say goodbye to each other properly (or even celebrate your birthday TT_TT) but please know that I love you and you’re always in my heart. You have worked so hard and now it’s almost graduation for you!!! Rest assured that you will shine everywhere you go, we will miss you a lot. TLAM,
Lan ✨

Letter to My Sister, Lan,
You are such a positive light in my life and in many other sister’s lives as well. You always seem to make me laugh with your announcements in chapter and I love seeing your friendly face around campus. Your smile and spirit are so uplifting and I’m so glad to have met you through Theta last year. I’m excited to make more memories with you when we are eventually back on campus together again. I hope you are surviving quarantine camp right now and I know if anyone can make the best of your current situation, it’s you.

We’re so proud of Ariel for attending NGLA this past weekend! She attended multiple sessions about how to strengthen our chapter and was able to network with other members of Greek life in the Northeast. She grew closer with members of Dickinson’s other Greek organizations as well! She came back to campus hoping to create a better sense of identity and confidence within our chapter. We’re proud of and thankful for you Ariel!✨
