Sollenberger Partners It all began with one home, one many 56 years ago in 1954 We are a "family-run"business that was started in 1954. He handles all Design aspects of the business.

Bill Sollenberger, the Founder, still manages the day to day financial aspects of running the business. Dave Sollenberger, a graduate from Purdue in Construction Technology. He handles all of the construction aspects of the business. Dale Sollenberger graduated from Ball State University. As a Small Design-Build Practice, our multi-disciplinary team allows us to approach everything we do with a co

mmitment to an integrated design and construction process. We rely on our diverse professional and construction backgrounds to provide a balanced and thoughtful approach to our client's projects. Together with our trusted network of professional, trade and supplier resources, we bring the expertise in architecture, design, engineering, construction trades, construction scheduling, and project budget management necessary to have every project a success for our client. Our project Involvements run from:
a. Design-Build New Homes, from $400,000 to $1.6 million
b. Remodeling of Existing Homes, from $75,000 to $250,000
c. Acquisition, Design, Build, Manage and Own "Flex" office buildings. d. Interior Tenant Finish of Space
e. Consultant in Design/Build of Churches
