Starting a new role can be overwhelming—especially for employees in functional roles who may not see how their work connects to larger organizational goals.

To bridge this gap, the CSUDH Quality Assurance program is offering targeted Onboarding Micro-Courses designed specifically for new employees in functional roles. These short, online training courses help participants build confidence, strengthen skills, and contribute to team-driven initiatives from day one.

Courses are offered in three categories—Foundation, Advanced, and Measurement Science—and can be taken individually or in combination to meet organizational needs. No application or prerequisites required.
