Hey, as many of you know, I am sorta from Maui. I moved there when I was 15 years old and lived there on and off till about 25 years old. Good afternoon Toros! May is Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month! To celebrate, our Central Kitchen Supervisor, Joseph Cariaga, is at the forefront preparing Asian cuisines throughout this week at Cafe Toro.

Work closely with chefs, catering, and retail teams, producing eye-catching graphics, videos, and social media designs.

Good morning Toros!

We’re ecstatic to announce that Cafe Toro (previously 1910 Cafe & Lounge) will be open and ready for service starting Saturday, February 12th.

Our chefs and kitchen staff will be preparing soups, chili, salads, breakfast specials, vegetarian and vegan options, and live action stations with cooked to order entrees.

Check out some of the before and after pictures of this transformation. If you’re on campus this weekend, stop by, grab a bite to eat and say hello!

As we are inching closer to the Spring 2022 semester, we’d like to share Dining’s hours of operation. Due to the university’s change in operation for remote instruction, Spring hours will be up until February 12th, 2022 and will be revised accordingly afterwards.
