John A. Logan College Purchasing Office Seeking local vendors to provide products and services.

The Purchasing Office at JALC works to bring in vendors who can best serve the College to meet the needs of our departments and academic programs, ultimately serving our student and community population. The department prepares and solicits Request for Bid (RFBs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs) when required. We frequently prepare Request for Quotation (RFQs) for those expenditures not requiring a

formal bid process. It is our intention to reach as many local firms, vendors, and contractors as possible, as well as BEP firms certified by the State of Illinois' Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) to fulfill the products and services needed. This page is meant to display active RFQs, RFBs, and RFPs as a modern platform of notification of those active processes. The department prepares and solicits Request for Bid (RFBs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs) when necessary. We also frequently prepare Request for Quotation (RFQs) for those expenditures not requiring a formal bid process.

This page is meant to display active RFQs, RFBs, and RFPs as a modern platform of notification of those and other purchasing activities with hopes to increase our reach into the community for local goods and services. It is our intention to reach as many local firms, vendors, and contractors as possible, as well as BEP firms certified by the State of Illinois' Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) to fulfill the products and services needed by JALC.
