Artifact of the Week – 7th Infantry Division Ash Tray

The 7th Infantry Division has several nicknames including the "hourglass" division. It received its "bayonet division" nickname in Korea. The 7th landed at Inchon along with the 1st Marine Division. This pedestal ashtray features the division's insignia and bayonet. Today its based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington.
