Telecommunicators serve as the initial point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls and help coordinate police and fire response across campus. They work in a fast-paced environment using phones, radios, and computer systems to provide critical information to first responders and assist our campus community.

RTIC Specialists support law enforcement operations by monitoring and evaluating real-time information to identify potential public safety concerns. They interpret, prioritize, and share critical information during active incidents, large-scale events, and other situations requiring law enforcement response.
