All of these children are combining words together, but they are not all producing sentences. What counts as a sentence? To be a sentence, an utterance must contain a subject and verb. Areas of specialization may include voice disorders, dysphagia, motor speech disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders due to acquired brain injury, in the pediatric or adult population.
