We send a big thank you to Tim Mousseau who facilitated a conversation about sexual assault with many of our actives and initiates tonight. Our chapter stands against sexual assault and is committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability.

Mir Y. Ali, Illinois Eta alumnus, served in the U.S. Armed Forces after college. Since then, he's focused on giving back. Ali co-founded a non-profit connecting returning veterans with their communities, Team Red, White & Blue. Check out the University of Michigan Law School's recent feature on our fellow Phi!

Mir Y. Ali, ’09, signed up for Army ROTC as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois. He was ready, willing, able—even excited.

The men of the Illinois Eta Chapter of Phi Delta are hosting our second annual Phiathlon, an event created to raise money for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (better known as ALS). Our chapter is seeking generous businesses and individuals interested in partnering as sponsors for the event, which will be held on October 3rd.

Sponsorship funds will contribute to the promotion, planning, and operation of the event. Funds will be used to subsidize the cost components such as renting of the field, promotion, and purchasing of supplies, as well as to make a bulk donation to the ALS Association.

If you think you're company would be interested in being a sponsor to this event or you are interested in donating, please contact our philanthropy chairman, Michael Rindler, at [email protected] for more information.
