Great ways to be well on campus this summer.

You don’t have to look very far to find ways to be healthy this summer. There are great activities around campus for all interests and areas of wellness. Find a great campus walk using the iWalk toolkit, pick up some local produce at the student farm stand, attend a free yoga class, or visit an art exhibition.

Weekly Walking Tip:

One way to make walking more exciting is to use a pedometer to count your steps. 1 mile is roughly equivalent to 2000 walking steps measured by a pedometer. An overall goal is to reach 10,000 walking steps a day to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
