Welcome to the UIUC Capital Investment Group! You may remember this club as “Personal Finance Club” from first semester. We made a collective decision to switch the theme of our organization to encompass a broader understanding of financing from a business perspective. As an organization, we will hold presentations from industry professionals, workshops, and other social and professional events in hopes of strengthening the professional skill-set and knowledge of our members.

We are very honored to announce that 2016 Illinois business school alumni, and current Wells Fargo employees, Erica Ryan( Gamma Phi 16) and John O’Shea (Acacia 16), are coming down to give a presentation on managing personal finances post-graduation with a brief spiel on their experiences at Wells Fargo. We are incredibly fortunate that Erica and John are coming down all the way from Chicago to present for PFC. Our hope is to match their enthusiasm, by giving them a solid turnout. Get excited for a super cool and valuable presentation!

This will be a brief 50 minute presentation, filled with valuable insight on the overall landscape of retirement in the U.S., so be sure to take the time to come by!
