NCCC Outreach and Workforce Development serves our communities by supporting lifelong learning, developing partnerships, and delivering educational opportunities for all ages. This is fulfilled by:
-A presence in area high schools providing
college level learning through concurrent
enrollment to eligible students

-Cutting-edge, rigorous and relevant career and
technical education preparing

youth and adults
for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill, high
demand careers

-Partnering with established and potential
businesses and industries to deliver targeted
education, training, and employment support
services

-Offering courses, youth programs, seminars,
and events to inspire learning across the
lifespan

-Implement Federal TRIO Programs including Talent Search, Upward Bound, and STARS which provide academic support in an effort to ensure success in college and beyond

-Administer RSVP, one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. Providing enrichment opportunities to Southeast Kansas seniors through volunteerism
