Everyone meet our BNI member Justin Jureka
As a longtime Lowcountry resident, I enjoy all that Charleston and the surrounding areas have to offer. I
know the area extremely well and enjoy being an avid outdoorsman. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri
along with an identical twin brother and an older brother
I graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Business Management while I participated in
several organizations such as Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Big Brothers and Sisters. I have been in sales
and customer service for 15 years which gives me great perspective and insight for our real estate
market.
I insist on giving back locally, and I try and volunteer my time as often as possible. I have been a part of
Reading With Realtors, James Island Vikings, Dragon Boat Charleston, and have been a chair for our
Carolina One Cares program.
I am a REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of
Realtors, and a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. I also help my clients with
commercial real estate and have earned the Certified International Property Specialist Designation. I
serve on the Advisory Council Board for our Downtown office and participate in an Advanced Skill
Development program as I strive to always improve my services. My peers tell me I am honest,
hardworking, and trustworthy. I am goal driven and get the job done every time.

Please meet Lynn Lee, our featured speaker for our meeting this Tuesday and one of our awesome BNI members:

I have 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, starting immediately upon my graduation from Clemson. In 2000 when I had my third of four children, I took maternity leave that ended up lasting 18 years! I decided when that third one started college last year and our health insurance was costing us $3,000/month that it was time to return to the mortgage world. I am married to Gary Lee, a James Island native, and my hobbies include laundry, doling out money, finding out who took my phone charger, and babysitting granddogs. We all love to travel and love Clemson University.
