Congratulations!!
Our Belonging in Business team David Byrd, Lexi Redd, and Helina Brown made an impressive debut at the 14th annual National Diversity Case Competition (NDCC) at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business! Competing against teams from 23 top universities, CofC earned the Runner-Up Award in their bracket.
This premier event, sponsored by Grant Thornton, challenged students to develop innovative diversity strategies while networking with major companies like Delta, EY, KPMG, and GE HealthCare.
A huge shoutout to team members, as well as advisor Lancie Affonso and faculty supporters Josette Pelzer, Ph.D. and Kimberly Tribou, Ph.D. for their guidance.
Congrats to our team for representing the College of Charleston School of Business on a national stage!
