Hello! Sorry for the lack of communication recently. Been busy with the first exams of the semester! Tomorrow we will be having a guest speaker come in. Some of you may have met them at the adoption event. Jason and Julie will be coming in to speak about what it is like to work in a shelter, their daily routine and other topics about the animal shelter. Not sure how much food there will be so come early if you can! We'll start at 6:30 pm in room 3080.

Also this coming Tuesday there is another volunteer event at the Douglas Hart Nature Center. You will be working outdoors. This is not a pre-vet club volunteer opportunity so you do need to register. It is from 12:45 pm - 3:15 pm on Tuesday September 10.

Hello!
September will be "Animal Shelter Month" so check out the board next to the main office in the Life Sciences building and there will also be a donation box with a list of things they need for the Coles County Animal Shelter going up on the table next to the main office.
Don't forget Tuesday is the big Open House for all interested students and professors. Please feel free to being people!
