Eastern Illinois University's School of Continuing Education is the bridge to the community in providing high-quality Eastern Illinois University credit and noncredit programs for the citizens of the state of Illinois. These outreach programs in a cost effective manner enhance opportunities for economic, educational, and professional development for individuals seeking to continue their education.

The Eastern Illinois University Departments of History and Political Science present a Summer Camp for Hight School Students.

Virtual Camp Dates: June 20 - June 25, 2021
Cost: $35.00

This camp will be an immersive experience for high school students to explore the historical development of international human rights documents, institutions, and norms; and the ways in which international politics and national self-interest have influenced and continue to influence the enforcement of international human rights law and policies.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, CareerStep has made an accredited Certificate of Infection Control and Barrier Protection Proficiency (CICBP) Course available for FREE until April 30th.

It's a short course designed to take 1 to 3 hours to complete and is very relevant to our current situation with COVID-19. It addresses all major elements of infection prevention. It focuses on pragmatic prevention processes in clinical healthcare environments and includes a special module focused specifically on CMS guidelines for infection prevention as it relates to COVID-19. This course is designed specifically for practicing Allied Health Professionals and provides a simulated practice of documenting patient-doctor communication and clinical events as they unfold.
