GRADUATION PROPOSAL:

Thank you for your interest in our property for your upcoming Citadel Graduation Room Block over the dates of May 2-5 2025. Our discounted guest room rate for a block of rooms over these would be $319 per room night, plus 14% tax and a $2.18 Charleston Destination Tax.

For all room blocks, we do require that at least 80% of the room block is picked up. For example, if you contract 20 rooms on a Friday and 20 rooms on a Saturday for a total of 40 room nights, you would need to make sure at least 80% or 32 room nights picked up. If less than 32 room nights picks up, you would be responsible for the difference to meet the 80%.

This rate is typically available for 14 days after the proposal date. Please let me know if you are interested so that we can lock this rate in while it is available!

- Full-Service Restaurant and Bar open from 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM (Beverage Service until 1:00 AM)

-$15 Self-Parking per night/$22 valet/$60 bus parking

-$3 charge per bag to hand out gift bags at front desk

-Business Center

-Gift Shop with Souvenirs, Hot & Cold Snacks and Microwave

-Pool in Courtyard area

RING CEREMONY PROPOSAL:

Hey everyone! Well I heard back and quite honestly, I am very underwhelmed. I will upload the proposals I received so you can judge for yourself. She did offer to throw in free parking for 30+ rooms ($15/day).
I got better (flexible) rates online using AAA and AARP. I asked about the "citadel" rate that a couple parents mentioned and the sales rep was clueless.

I am choosing this hotel solely based on proximity to campus due to the tight scheduling of the weekend. Sorry I don't have better news 🫤
