“BE EMPOWERED. I love seeing young women inspired by other women to achieve their personal and career goals. In the USA, we are super fortunate to have more opportunities for career advancement than females in other developed nations.
Even so, gaps still exist and gender wage discrimination remains a real issue in some industries. I have experienced this first hand myself. Studies show that gender diversity, especially at the executive level, enhances a company’s performance and profitability. I encourage all women to be empowered, speak up when you have ideas, and NEVER be afraid to run with the boys! ✌🏻”
