INTL 290: Women and Globalization is perfect for anyone interested in global issues, social justice, and gender studies. This course explores how globalization shapes, and is shaped by, gender, class and race, centering around the experiences of women and female-identifying people around the world.
What you’ll do:
⚪️Readings, documentaries and podcasts
⚪️Creative work
⚪️Discuss topics including migration, conflict, economic change, climate impact
⚪️Engage in ideas of patriarchy, resistance, and transnational feminism.
Final project is your choice: research paper or creative project
