ALPHA SPOTLIGHT: Charlotte Grey Swope 🤍

Hey everyone! My name is Charlotte Grey and I am from Austin Texas! The biggest smile I have ever had on my face was standing in the ADPi house on my first day of recruitment, and somehow, that smile never faded. The second I walked inside, I felt something I had never experienced before. The energy in the house was seriously magical, and after my very first conversation, I remember holding back happy tears because I knew I had found my home. Every girl I met radiated genuine happiness, confidence, and kindness. Since joining ADPi, that feeling has only grown stronger. I cannot wait for what ADPi has to offer and I am beyond excited to contribute to the special community ADPi is. 🫶🏻

Meet Exec Monday: Vice President of Recruitment, Scarlett Morehouse 🤍

Hey y’all! I’m Scarlett Morehouse, and serving as Vice President of Recruitment has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. Leading and training 200 women while preparing our chapter for nearly 1,000 PNMs pushed me further than I thought possible and showed me exactly what I’m capable of.

I joined Alpha Delta Pi wanting women around me who would push me to work harder and never settle. I found exactly that here. This role taught me to trust myself when the stakes are high and turn an idea into something real, but more importantly, it reminded me that the greatest things you accomplish are rarely accomplished alone.

I couldn’t have done this without our President, Meme Merchant; VP of Marketing, Angelina McKeon; Director of Recruitment, Sloane Drake; and incredible members of my team, Alyssa Broderick and Caroline Young, along with so many women who gave everything to this Recruitment Season!!

I walked into this role wanting to make an impact on Alpha Delta Pi, but Alpha Delta Pi ended up making an even bigger impact on me. I am beyond grateful for the friendships, leadership, and lessons I’ll carry with me through every season of life from this experience. My gratitude goes out to so many women inside and outside of this chapter who made this one of the most meaningful and magical experiences of my college years.
