Wellness in action 💪
InterTech Group Wellness Center at Trident Tech Director Joyce Antonetty recently teamed up with Hospitality and Culinary students to share tips on proper lifting, staying fueled at work and stretches to prevent repetitive motion injuries. The Advanced Cakes class joined in, taking a quick break to stretch while waiting on their creations to chill!

Through the InterTech Group Wellness Center, Trident Tech students and employees can reduce stress, boost energy and even save money with free access available to currently enrolled students and staff. Check it out!

Lights. Camera. Real-world experience. 🎬
Students in Trident Tech’s Film and Media program are bringing a short film, The Hag, to life as part of their annual Maymester practicum. Under the direction of instructor Justin Urban, who also wrote the film, students step into key pre-production and production roles to gain hands-on experience that closely mirrors a professional film set.

From lighting technicians and dolly grips to makeup artists and set design, students are learning every facet of the filmmaking process, working together to turn a script into a finished production.

Trident Tech students and employees recently participated in the Park Circle Cares community event, coming together with local organizations and volunteers to support community well-being. We’re proud of our Phi Theta Kappa students, along with Foundation team member Brian Hedden and Human Services instructor Antonia Boone, for representing TTC and giving back.

Global learning in action! 🌍
Trident Tech students recently traveled to Germany for a study abroad experience exploring cybersecurity, business and IT in a European setting. Students gained hands‑on insights while immersing themselves in German culture. They visited the company headquarters of SAP and BASF, attended classes at BBS 1 Wirtschaft and Heidelberg University, and toured Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Ludwigshafen University for Business and Society (LUBS).

Students Pamela Martin, Deandre Williams, Davarius Blunt, Jalaya Purvis, Jazmun Jones and Samuel Clark took the trip of a lifetime with Business Technology Instructor Nick Jonjevic.
