Congratulations to our newest Presidential Scholars — the highest scholarship award the University of Charleston has to offer.

Welcome to the Golden Eagle family: Evy Altizer, Kindy Barnett, Lexi Mitchell, Dawson Tenney, and Bryton Bennett.

These five outstanding West Virginians have earned scholarships valued at nearly $180,000 each, covering tuition, fees, housing, and meals for all four years. That's not just a scholarship. That's a full ride and a future.

We are so proud to call them Golden Eagles. We can't wait to see everything they accomplish at UC and beyond. 👏

We’re excited to announce that UC has partnered with Reshore Technologies to support the growth of manufacturing in West Virginia.

Today, President Roth inked an agreement officially joining the ReshoreWV pilot initiative, allowing UC to play a major role in advancing workforce development and innovation statewide.

ReshoreWV works to connect manufacturers, industry leaders, and institutions to identify domestic sourcing opportunities and build stronger supply chains here in the Mountain State.

Let’s grow manufacturing in West Virginia!
