The Citadel's Center for Literacy Excellence is excited to continue our partnerships with Oakland Elementary & Memminger Elementary in the 26-27 school year. We are also excited to welcome Lowcountry Leadership Charter School aboard. 🎉The Center's mission focuses on supporting students in their reading and writing skills through explicit instruction as well as developing educators through tailored workshops.

Congratulations are in order! Four graduates of our Ed.S. Leadership program continued their journey and have now earned their doctorate.

Recently, Dr. Lindsay Harman, Dr. Guy Ilagan, and graduate student Emily Wingfield led a training session for school counselors in Dorchester School District Two. Several of our own program graduates were in the room, putting their Citadel training to work in their district every day.
