The Forney Creek Restoration Project is over five years in the making, but this summer, scholar Atticus Kenney ’29 is contributing as an intern with . Atticus is responsible for inspecting build sites, monitoring properties to prevent damage and creating a volumetric environmental benefits calculator to quantify the benefits of restoration programs. Once the project is completed, the area will experience an improvement in water quality and fewer instances of flooding as a result of added buffers and native plants.
