Abby, a graduate of the Center for Prehospital Medicine and CPCC’s Paramedic Program, was recently recognized for her role in a successful cardiac arrest response with Medic and Charlotte Fire. In a high-stress moment, Abby relied on her training, stayed focused, and delivered the kind of care that saves lives.

Watching our graduates step into these roles and perform with confidence and skill is exactly why we do what we do. Abby’s story is a powerful reminder of how preparation, teamwork, and strong clinical education come together when it matters most.
