Last week at the 40 Over 40 event hosted by the Charlotte Ledger we celebrated Executive Director Judy La Pietra for her dedication to preserving history, inspiring learning, and strengthening our community through the work of the Stan Greenspon Holocaust Education Center.

We are thrilled to celebrate our incredible leader, Judy LaPietra, on being named to the Charlotte Ledger’s 40 Over 40! 🎉👏

This award honors local unsung heroes aged 40+ who are making a meaningful impact in our community—and Judy embodies that and more. Through her visionary leadership as Executive Director, she has propelled Holocaust and antisemitism education in Charlotte into a bold new chapter, expanding our reach and helping position our city as a leader in this vital work.

We are happy to share that we have a new date set, April 7th! 🎉 Join us for a full-day professional development opportunity for educators who teach or support the teaching of the the Holocaust, Jewish identity, or antisemitism. This is open to all private, public, charter, homeschool, and Jewish educators.
