RESCHEDULED - Come join us for the Re-Entry Party! This is a workshop where study abroad alumni can learn how to leverage their study abroad experience in professional settings such as an interview, resume, etc. with resources from our special guests at the University Career Center!

Join EA Staff in CHHS 207 (or virtually) on Thursday, January 29th from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM to view an information session on one of our newest study abroad programs, CzechMates! Its design provided an immersive study abrlad experience, with tailored internships and mentoring by an American professor with extensive experience (29 years!) in international education and student mentoring abroad.

It’s back—get ready for the Study Abroad Fair!!! 🌎🌍🌏

When: October 8th, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Where: Student Activity Center
Why: To learn more about study abroad and have FUN!

The annual Study Abroad Fair is an opportunity to learn more about the programs available to UNC Charlotte students. During the fair, students will have a chance to communicate with affiliate providers, host university exchange students/representatives, UNC Charlotte Faculty & Staff, and Study Abroad Alumni!

Students who check in with their ID enter into a raffle! The winner will receive $600 off an approved program of choice for the term they study abroad. For a second entry into the raffle, students must visit 8 tables and receive their stamps on our Study Abroad Fair postcard and include their information on the designated spaces within the card.

We are looking for volunteers for the Study Abroad Fair! Learn more about volunteer opportunities and the fair itself via the Linktree in our bio!!!

If you were unable to attend our Gilman workshops, we highly recommend coming to our Gilman Drop Ins. EA staff will break down the Gilman application and provide tips for how you can have the most competitive application possible.

Interested in working with the Office of Education Abroad? 🧑‍💻🌐

This position will assist the Office of Education Abroad with basic administrative functions and will work closely with students, faculty, international visitors, and staff who are interested in study abroad opportunities. This includes greeting students and visitors at the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing daily tasks and updates for the office. This person will also have the opportunity to assist Education Abroad staff with special projects, as assigned.

⭐️ Please note that this position is only available to students who are eligible for Federal Work-Study.
