Spotlight Saturday - Megan Hennings, UNC Charlotte Class of 2015 graduate and former Student Alumni Ambassador.
“Leadership means helping your group and others accomplish a greater goal. It doesn’t always necessarily mean having a position or title, but being an active part of the team.” Introducing Megan Hennings, a Human of Leadership.
“I would definitely tell incoming freshmen to get involved on campus in a club or organization that they’re interested in as soon as possible. “The Center for Leadership Development has played a major role in my college career and professional growth. Through Leadership Fellows and LeaderShape, I learned so much about myself and gained the skills to be a leader that will stay with me far past college.” Hennings’ extensive experience and involvement on campus while mastering the art of academic success illustrates her leadership qualities. She utilized the CLD as a foundation in order to build her success both on and off campus.
