Congratulations to Ava Hamby on earning recognition from Line Drive Media !

Ava continues to establish herself as one of the top young players around, showcasing an impressive combination of power, athleticism, and defensive skill. With an exit velocity of 70 mph and an overhand arm velocity of 68 mph, she consistently impacts the game on both sides of the ball.

Coach Johnny Meadows praised Ava's ability to drive the ball with power while also highlighting her outstanding defensive play, smooth hands, excellent footwork, and one of the strongest arms in the game. Her versatility allows her to excel wherever she is needed on the field, making difficult plays look routine.

As a freshman this season, Ava recorded 24 RBIs and 30 hits, continuing to prove why she is one of the most exciting young athletes to watch.

We are incredibly proud of Ava and all she brings to Team NC. Keep working, keep competing, and keep raising the standard!
