At the heart of Kappa Sigma are the Fraternity's Four Pillars, which guide our ambitions and underpin our successes. Striving for excellence in Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship and Service produces brothers who are involved in all aspects of campus life; who excel academically as students and professionally upon graduation; who develop lifelong bonds with those around them and who support those

peers; and who serve their colleges and communities. Becoming a Kappa Sigma provides the framework to build yourself into the man you want to be.

What was once a vision is quickly becoming reality.

As construction continues on the expanded Kappa Sigma Headquarters Campus, the Jeffersonian arches and pillars of the Lawn building are beginning to take shape.

With every stage of progress, the Legacy at the Lawn campaign moves closer to the vision of a fully built-out campus for Brothers everywhere to enjoy, connect, and utilize to perpetuate our great Order.

Brothers visiting Charlottesville this summer are welcome and encouraged to stop by and see the progress firsthand. Learn more at https://www.legacyatthelawn.org/

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, the historic Alpha-Sig❌a Chapter at The Ohio State University was reestablished and installed as a Chapter of Kappa Sigma. Originally founded in March of 1895, Alpha-Sigma returns to Columbus to continue its legacy of excellence.

The Alpha-Sigma Colony was established on February 27, 2026, and completed the Colony roadmap in just 35 days. Through their hard work, the 68 men of Alpha-Sigma contributed 3,171 hours of community service, donated nearly $1,000 to charitable organizations, and completed multiple development workshops.
