Register at the link below for the Dukes Hike and celebrate the great outdoors and how far Dukes can go together!

The Charlottesville Chapter will be hiking the trails located at The Saunders- Monticello Trail (503 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902) on Sunday, June 2 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Afterward, join us for a drink or a snack at Carter Mountain
Orchard! We will be hiking on dog-friendly trails if you want to bring your pet! We look forward to seeing you at this family-friendly event!

There are two parking lots available for trail users, one located on Route 53 and another on Route 20. Please follow all parking signs. We will gather near the Route 53 parking area and then begin our hike!

COST
Registration is $25 for all hikers.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION
Registered participants will have the choice between a JMU branded hammock in a bag or a snazzy 6ft pet leash. Or, get both items for a discounted price! To ensure your gear arrives before the hike, register by Saturday, May 11. After May 11, you can still register and receive your gear, it just might not arrive before the start of the hike.

Greetings Charlottesville Dukes!

Join your fellow Dukes for a "Fridays After Five" at the Ting Pavilion on the downtown mall next Friday, April 26 starting at 5:30 pm. Local musician, Drew Pace, will be featured, and food and drinks will be available for purchase. Come unwind at this FREE Charlottesville staple event. We will reserve a few tables for our group (look for the JMU decorations), but feel free to come and go as you please! All are welcome!

Charlottesville Dukes!

The #12 seed Dukes defeated #5 seed Wisconsin last night in the first round of the NCAA Tournament advancing to the second round for the first time since 1983!

Come be a part of this historic moment for our university and cheer for the Dukes in their "Round of 32" game vs. Duke at 5:15 pm on Sunday, March 24. Random Row Brewing will be hosting the official watch party for the JMU Charlottesville Chapter! All are welcome!

It's that time of the year again...JMU Giving Day on Thursday, February 22! Come join fellow Dukes for a Giving Day Happy Hour at Eastwood Farm and Winery from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Enjoy live music and $5 glass night as well as additional wine, beer, and food for purchase. Kids are welcome!
