Hello Everyone!

Some exciting stuff this week. The marketing team is hard at work wrapping up the advertising and donation materials and once those are done they will be posted here and in the team dropbox. There is going to be a lot of work done this week in the design department so please make yourselves available if possible early in the week. Hope to see everyone this week! Thanks,
-Jordan

Club,

Meeting is same time same place tomorrow CEB 226 2pm.
Team Leaders please bring your updates and notes from weekly meetings and we will all go over the next step in the process. The leadership finally has our access cards now so we can go down to the shop if there isn't a class down there. Hope to see everyone there!

Club,

Its Official! We have been approved for the event supplemental Fund! This is $3000 dollars and a huge boost to our ability to be competitive in this years event! Special thanks to Tanner for his relentless efforts that made this happen!

There was not a lot of turn out at today's meeting, but several people told me that hunting started this week, so here are some of the pressing issues that were raised or updated:

(If you did not get the meeting updates email please let us know as there is a ton of information that is critical to everyone and too much to post here.)

In summary:
The T-Shirt interest list is up on our Google drive, send T-shirt designs to the folder on drop box, we are looking into colors and prices this week.

Please bring club dues to next weeks meeting ($25).

Local Business meet and greets will be scheduled soon.

The goal for the Design Team this week is to get an initial render of the new frame done and for that we'll need all hands on deck, especially those that have driven the vehicle or that have advanced experience in Solidworks, please contact Kody or Nate.

If you have difficulties with any of these things please let leadership know as soon as you can.

Thanks everyone!

PS Eaglesync is back up, get on it!

Team,

Our meeting tomorrow at 2pm in CEB 226 is green light! We should have several new faces and we're excited to start digging in!

Tomorrow I would like to form some teams in the following categories:

Solidworks and Design
Advertising and Marketing
Fundraising
Fabrication
Financial/ Clubs and Orgs Communication

These are not set in stone or even mandatory, but the more effort we all put in now will make the hard work down the road easier to deal with. Please come with ideas and your game face on!

And as we have said before, please go to the SAE Baja website to get the rule set and get registered on EAGLESYNC!

Thanks!
