EWU students have been very privileged to have Dr. Judd Case as Dean of Special Projects amongst other roles. The Economics Society would like to congratulate Dr. Case on his newest accomplishment.

Thursday, March 10th at 1:00pm in SNR 306, the Econ Society will host WSU Economics master's student, Matt Birch.

Matt will present his original work, which contributes to existing theoretical literature on product differentiation utilizing innovative geometric arguments that use ellipses and squares to explain product differentiation using a Hotelling type model. He further extends his analysis to mathematically uncover possible locations of Nash equilibria.
