As we near the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation, Washington College is proud to continue its mission of producing thoughtful and effective citizen leaders through the launch of the Hogan Institute, which will offer programming focused on leadership development, civil discourse, and real-world problem solving. Through workshops, seminars, and public forums, students will have opportunities to engage directly with leaders and practitioners across government at the federal, state, and local levels, gaining a clearer understanding of how governing works and how it can work better.
