Boston College AHANA Caucus

Boston College AHANA Caucus AHANA Caucus under the AHANA Leadership Council of UGBC serves to foster the AHANA Community by bridging culture clubs on campus together.

The AHANA Caucus was created in 1999 by Gabe Verdaguer, a member of ALC. Until recent years, the AHANA Caucus played a very instrumental role in establishing relationships with administrators, and being a powerful force behind student movements on campus. At its inception, the Caucus had 3 primary goals:

1. Encourage collaboration between cultural clubs to help increase attendance, share costs,

and decrease the overlap of similar events.
2. Identify and work towards broader community goals
3. Improve the transfer of information and institutional memory from outgoing to incoming e-boards
