North Park does it again! Time has named North Park University to its inaugural list of America’s Best Colleges. 🏫🌟

Out of 500 institutions nationwide, North Park is one of just 28 four-year schools in Illinois, and one of only eight in Chicago, to make the cut.

The workforce is evolving fast, and so are we. 💡

This week, we officially introduced two new programs for the upcoming 2026–27 academic year: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an artificial intelligence for business minor/certificate. 💻🧠

Beyond teaching technical proficiency, these programs will also focus on ethical application, aligning with our mission to prepare students for lives of significance and service.

As one of 77 selected proposals, North Park Theological Seminary was recently awarded the $18,000 Vital Worship, Vital Preaching Grant! 🎶🕊️

Awarded by the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship and funded by Lilly Endowment Inc., this one-year grant will support NPTS’s new project: “Centering Down: Contemplative Practices for Diverse Communities.”

The funding will help deepen Community Worship services and bring guest speakers to campus to share cross-cultural worship traditions, giving students an opportunity to broaden their perspectives.

The Gospel isn’t just something you share, it’s something you live out. ✝️

For 10 years, Campus Pastor and Athletic Chaplain Rev. Dr. Terence Gadsden DMin ’23 has been putting that idea into practice at North Park University, from 5:00 a.m. football practices to life-changing student initiatives.

His dedicated outreach, alongside the University Ministries staff, recently led to NPU’s first student baptisms in over 15 years. 🕊️🌊
