Remember to practice self care in this time of finals exams! Here are a few tips!

*Get plenty of rest

*Be sure to get proper nutrients so you are not running on fumes.

*Don't eat and study and make your spleen work to hard

*Drink water and stay hydrated

* Find time to encourage yourself with affirmations

*Do some meditation and breath work

*Get treatments from other healers

*Believe in yourself!
