PASDA members attended Chinatown Community Health Fair along with UIC med & pharm schools, Northwestern and UIC assistants/translators, and Illinois College of Optometry. We provided oral hygiene instructions and free dental supplies, and this year, Dr. Judy Yuan and Dr. Bin Yang helped us with educating health fair participants with dentures and implant overdentures. Thank you for all the volunteers who came today to set up and actively engage with participants!

PASDA board members attended HANA Health Fair last weekend. It was our first time joining Korean community health fair and we had a great time by providing dental supplies and oral hygiene instructions. Can't wait to participate again next year!

PASDA members joined UIC medical, nursing, University of Chicago medical, and Northwestern students at Argyle Health Fair on Sunday, May 5th. We provided dental supplies and oral hygiene instructions to the community of Argyle. Thanks to all the volunteers who came out today and special thanks to interpreters who helped with Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese speaking patients!

PASDA recently participated in the third annual health fair hosted by the 2nd District State Representative Theresa Mah. We provided oral hygiene education and dental supplies to the health fair. Dr. Gerald Ciebien, Vice Chair of Government Affairs and Access Advocacy of Chicago Dental Society, volunteered for dental screenings, and some of our members had opportunity s to assist the screening and provide translation services of Cantonese and Mandarin to patients. It was an awesome experience to be able to educate the community and provide product to those in need :)

PASDA recently participated in the annual Chinatown health fair collaborating with UIC College of Medicine and College of Pharmacy. We had an awesome experience providing oral health education to those in need in the community.

PASDA teamed up with UIC medical and nursing schools to provide free medical screenings and oral health education to over 20 patients. This was the first time that dentistry was incorporated into the annual Argyle health fair!

This Saturday, March 24th, PASDA will be collaborating with State Representative Theresa Mah on their 2nd annual community health fair.
